1. Digital Services
Yardly provides digital services, including "Boosts" and featured placements for listings. These services are considered "consumed" once the listing is promoted on the platform.
2. Refund Eligibility
As our services are digital and provided immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once a boost has been applied. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- Technical errors that prevented the boost from being applied correctly.
- Accidental duplicate purchases.
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification).
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team via the Contact Page. Please include your email address, the listing ID, and the reason for your request.
4. Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
